Fisher pole vs Chile DSR

Summary

This posting provides the results of Fisher forecasts for different configurations at the time of the DSR report. The designs assume 1 optics tube with 30/40 GHz detectors, 6 optics tubes with 85/145 GHz detectors, 6 optics tubes with 95/155 GHz detectors, and 5 optics tubes with 220/270 GHz detectors.

Pole noise characteristics

The noise levels assume a 7-year survey and are obtained by scaling from this spreadsheet, under the assumption that these are for the circular pole mask. This is the same assumption made in the generation of the map-based simulations.
