This post follows from Correlation of iteratively reconstructed lensing templates to ideal for 06b.

Julien Carron provided iterative reconstructions from the 06b.00 95GHz "comb" maps. These include a small amount of Gaussian "dust" and "sync" foreground. The levels are uniform across the sky and consistent with the levels found in the BICEP/Keck patch. The plot below shows that this level of foreground does not significantly effect the reconstruction. The next step would be to run on the 06b.07 and 06b.09 comb files which contain foreground whose brightness varies across the sky - see 20191101_dc06_specsmaps
